Last weekend, Ted and Ellie went to Dorset. They explored ruined castles, climbed tall, woody hills and went to the beach! While learning about the history there, they also enjoyed making sandcastles and munching on scrumptious ice cream. Their favourite part was definitely Brownsea Island; they especially loved the nature play area, where there was lots of fun equipment such as swings and balance beams, all made from wood and rope. There were even some wooden board games carved into logs! Some beautiful peacocks roamed the area, and there were lots of red squirrels to say hello to.
