Last week, Ted and I went to Chiswick House and Gardens. We really enjoyed climbing trees, admiring beautiful flowers and playing in the playground. Also, I learnt a lot about different types of flowers and plants! While Ted clambered all over the trees and tried to reach the highest branches, I stayed on the lower branches and swung over to a good seating position where I could sketch the amazing view. (Teddies are smaller than people, so it’s a much nicer view from up there!) Eventually Ted was hanging on by just one paw, but he cautiously slid back along the branch and landed safely on the ground. Our favourite part was definitely climbing trees; that’s why I described it in so much detail. We really enjoyed every part of the trip, however, and I would really love to go again. (I’m not quite sure if Ted does, though. Looking at flowers isn’t exactly his favourite thing to do.)
Anyway, have a great half term!
